Founded in 2010, Promises Kept is a foundation dedicated to the empowerment of women and children in socio-economically underprivileged situations in Nigeria. The foundation will achieve this through three main programmes that will reach out to and assist women and children and in turn better their lives.
With the cooperation of more than 100 volunteers, this foundation is working to reduce illiteracy and poverty in Nigeria through education and other initiatives like offering scholarships and training to the disadvantaged youth, training of women/mothers in households. The foundation is also planning to expand several health and education project in Nigeria, especially in the slum areas.
